 Co-Founder, Thrive Age AI Initiative 

Anna Ross is the multi-talented co-founder of Thrive Age AI Initiative (501c3) bringing creativity, innovation, and a passion for accessible technology to the heart of the organization. As a high school student dual-enrolled in community college, Anna is already charting her path toward a career in forensic science, with plans to major in chemistry and specialize in forensics.

Anna’s diverse interests fuel her work at Thrive Age AI Initiative. 

She enjoys writing AI chatbots, designing graphic art and NFTs, 3D printing, and exploring the world of robotics. She also expresses herself through music, poetry, journaling, and creative writing. 

Her ability to blend technology with artistry helps Thrive Age AI Initiative deliver training and workshops that are both engaging and human-centered.

Beyond her technical skills, Anna is an active community volunteer and a proud member of the National Honor Society (NHS). Her passion for learning and helping others positions her as an inspiring leader in the next generation of AI-powered solutions.

When she’s not developing new chatbot experiences or designing digital art, Anna is often found playing her guitar, dreaming up new ideas, and working toward making technology more approachable for all ages.

Karenga Ross is the visionary founder and CEO of Thrive Age AI, where she is committed to helping individuals of all ages simplify their lives, build confidence, and thrive through practical, accessible artificial intelligence. With over 28 years of experience in the technology industry and over a decade at Intel Corporation, Karenga has successfully navigated the eLearning, defense, consumer, and semiconductor sectors. Her leadership has driven transformational projects that support both operational excellence and human-centered innovation. 

Karenga's unique ability to translate complex technologies into actionable, life-enhancing solutions is at the core of Thrive Age AI's mission.

Currently pursuing her PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership, Karenga is passionate about empowering senior citizens, students, and mid-career professionals to confidently engage with smart technologies. 

She believes that AI should not be intimidating—it should be a bridge to greater independence and success.

In addition to her work with Thrive Age AI, Karenga is an active community leader, serving on the Oregon Climate Action Committee and supporting educational initiatives that shape future leaders. She is a lifelong learner, technology enthusiast, and family-centered leader who finds joy in co-building Thrive Age AI Initiative alongside her daughter, Anna.

When she’s not coaching clients or developing AI training programs, Karenga enjoys family time, exploring emerging technologies, and volunteering to make a difference in her community.
